Payments are processed by Google Pay or Binance Pay. Nikkoid LLC never sees your card number.

After sending

  1. Copy the transaction ID (hash) from your wallet.
  2. E-mail it to contact@nikkoid.com, or use the contact form with the topic Crypto payment.
  3. The subject must contain NikPak. Give the coin, the amount, the transaction ID, the licence type and seats, the licence holder and the e-mail address for the key.
  4. You receive your licence key by e-mail once the transaction is confirmed.

Questions

How do I receive my key?
By e-mail, right after the payment (crypto: after confirmation on the blockchain). Open NikPak, click Register and enter the name, the e-mail address and the key.
Can I try NikPak before buying?
Yes. The evaluation copy has no restriction. Individuals may keep using it free of charge for personal use; organisations have 40 days.
What counts as a seat?
One computer on which NikPak is installed or one user who uses it, whichever count is higher. Every seat of an order gets the per-seat price of its volume tier.
Do I pay for updates?
No. A licence is valid for the version purchased and, unless stated otherwise at purchase, for all later 1.x versions.
Do I need a licence for unNik?
No. unNik is freeware for everyone, companies included.
I lost my key.
Write to us from the e-mail address used for the purchase, with NikPak in the subject. The key is only ever sent to that address.
Can I get an invoice?
Paddle issues invoices with your company details and handles the taxes of your country. For the other methods, ask us through the contact form.
